Monitoring system performance and health of IBM i
Currently IBM Systems Director in IBM Lab Services and Training, Dawn May will show you how being proactive is essential in today’s environment to identify and resolve potential problems before they become critical issues. The session will focus on how to set up monitoring on your IBM i and the latest developments to the Navigator for i web console for system and message monitors.
Planning your IBM i mobile development strategy
Quadrant and BCD Software’s Marcel Sarrasin (Director of Corporate Marketing) and Greg Patterson (Senior Sales Engineer) will help you to understand the questions you need to answer before deciding on a mobile strategy. They’ll also look at the major differences between web, hybrid and native mobile development approaches and, ultimately, where the IBM I fits into your strategy.

Steve Pitcher from Scotsburn Dairy Group is a well-known personality in the IBM i community. In this session, he promises to provide attendees with 120 top tips for IBM i administrators and operators ranging from command line to Qshell to IBM Navigator for i.
Integrated web services server: Unleash RPG APIs to the world
Nadir Amra, a Software Engineer with IBM, will show you how you can create, assemble and manage web application programming interfaces (API) using RPG programs and service programs using the integrated web services server.
