NetLert, now part of Fresche Solutions, has added to their stable of Avaya call centre reporting, monitoring and performance analysis tools with a new product which supports Avaya Aura® Application Enablement Services version 6.1 and above.
N-Focus AES provides users with a cost-effective solution for cradle-to-grave reporting and analysis through a simple-to-use web-based tool. Users can use the tool to create reports which interrogate both real-time and historical data. N-Focus AES comes with unlimited supervisor views and the ability to export and schedule email reports, create and share custom reports and set up agent and wallboard views.
NetLert already provides N-Focus and N-Focus Plus for CMS and non-CMS based Avaya call centres.
